Samsung officially announces the specs of A8(2018) and A8+(2018)

          The eagerly awaited speculations of the forthcoming A8 A8+ have been officially unleashed by Samsung via its tweet. The handsets are expected to find its seat among the mid-tiers.


Samsung A8(2018)

                The A8 is said to have a user-friendly design. The smartphone is said to weigh around 170g and the smartphone measures 149.2*70.4*8.4mm. The A8 is IP68 certified resisting water attack. The A8 comes with a 5.6 inch AMOLED screen having a 1080*2220 (FHD+)resolution. The handset comes with the Samsung's overwhelmed "Infinity display" with 18.5:9 ratio resulting in the increase of the width of the smartphone than the one having 18:9 ratio such that the screen gets a little wider giving an enviable experience. The handset tends to be a  selfie-centric evident from its dual front camera setup. The front has a primary 16MP lens with f/1.9 aperture and a secondary 8MP lens with f/1.9 aperture. The rear has a 16MP camera setup with f/1.7 aperture. Luckily the smartphone comes with the image stabilising features which will be a touting feature. The smartphone is expected to pack the company's in-house Exynos chipset. The processor is an octa-core processor in which dual cores are clocked at 2.2ghz and Hexa cores are clocked at 1.6 GHz. The smart set still comes out of the box with android nougat 7.1.1. The smartphone is intricated with the Samsung pay, a way to pay money using your atm cards from your phone. The smartphone supports NFC feature also. The smartphone is said to come in two versions 4gb/32 GB and 4gb/64gb respectively. The expandable storage capacity is said to 256 GB. The A8 is said to get power from a 3000 mah battery. The smartphone is to comprise a USB-C port for faster transfers. The smartphone comes in four colour variants and it may vary by countries. The important thing is these smartphones support Gear VR. Along with the basic sensors the handset is engineered with gyro, geomagnetic, hall sensor, RGB light sensors. The handset supports fast charging technology.

SamsungA8+(2018)

                          Every spec remains the same as seen in the A8 version except the battery, display and the memory. This smartphone weighs 191g, a little more than the A8 since it packs a slightly hefty 3500mah battery. The A8+have a 6-inch FHD+ screen built with SuperAMOLED panel. The smartphone comes in two versions 4gb ram/32gb and 6gb ram/64gb respectively. All other departments feature the same specs.
